Who We Are

Disenyo Digitals Collective OPC is a DTI-registered organization based in Baguio City, Philippines. We provide AI-powered digital tools, transformation programs, community activations, and events management services for MSMEs, LGUs, schools, NGOs, and development partners.

This Privacy Policy covers all tools, platforms, and services operated under the Disenyo Digitals Collective brand — including DestinEvents Events Management, Digital Brew, DisenyoDigitals.com, and any associated sub-tools or programs — regardless of how they are accessed.

What Our AI Tools Do Not Store

"Your data stays yours. We only know that a plan was made — never what's inside it."

Our AI-powered tools are designed with a no-database architecture. This means:

Your inputs (business name, industry, goals, answers) are sent directly to the AI for processing and returned to you — they are not saved on our servers.
Your generated outputs (business plans, content, strategies) exist only in your browser session. When you close the tab, they are gone from our systems.
We do not read, review, or analyze the content of your inputs or outputs.
We do not build a profile of your business or organization based on your tool usage.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your content to any third party.

What we do count

We may track aggregate usage metrics — for example, how many times a tool was accessed in a given month — for internal reporting and product improvement. This data is never tied to an individual user or their content.

Information We May Collect

When you interact with our website, contact us, or purchase access to our tools, we may collect the following:

Contact information — name, email address, organization name — when you fill out a contact form or request a proposal.
Payment information — processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials on our systems.
Access codes — unique codes used to unlock tool access. These are tied to a purchase record but not to your personal content or outputs.
Email address — if you choose to receive your Digital Readiness Report by email, your address is used solely to deliver that report and is not added to a marketing list without your consent.

How We Use Your Information

Any personal information we collect is used only for the following purposes:

To respond to your inquiries, proposals, and partnership requests
To deliver purchased products or services (e.g. sending your access code)
To send your AI-generated report if you requested email delivery
To comply with legal obligations under Philippine law
To improve our tools and services based on anonymized, aggregate data

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, third-party marketing, or automated profiling.

Third-Party Services

To deliver our services, we work with trusted third-party service providers across the following categories. Each provider maintains its own privacy and security standards:

AI Processing — Our AI tools route your inputs through a secure, server-side API layer. Inputs are processed in real time and returned to you. They are not used to train AI models and are not retained beyond the active session.
Payment Processing — Payments are handled through a certified, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Card details and financial credentials never pass through our own servers.
Email Delivery — Automated delivery of access codes and reports is handled through a secure workflow automation service. Email addresses used for this purpose are not shared with third parties.
Web Hosting & Platform — Our platforms are hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with industry-standard security protocols and uptime guarantees.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use basic cookies for functionality (e.g. remembering your session state). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use our AI tools.

Your Rights Under RA 10173

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the right to:

Be informed — know what personal data we hold about you and why
Access — request a copy of any personal data we have collected from you
Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data
Erasure — request deletion of your personal data from our records
Object — object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any personal information we hold. Our AI tools use server-side API key management — meaning your requests are processed securely in the background and API credentials are never exposed to the client-side browser or end user.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by RA 10173.

Children's Privacy

Our tools and services are designed for organizations and individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platforms, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our tools and services evolve. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our tools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
